How We Deliver Each Service
What the work actually involves, area by area, rather than a list of platform logos.
What cloud migration actually involves
A cloud migration is mostly preparation. We audit mailbox sizes, shared drive structures, calendar resources and delegation rules first. Then we map each one to its destination. Only after that do we move data. The cutover is the shortest part of the job, and it is short because the mapping was done properly.
AWS and infrastructure workloads
For compute, storage and data workloads we deploy on AWS. Work includes lift-and-shift migration, right-sizing instances so you stop paying for idle capacity, and setting up DevOps pipelines. We hand over runbooks so your team can operate what we build.
Security-First Approach
Email authentication is where most breaches start. So, we configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC properly rather than leaving them on defaults. We add BIMI and VMC where brand protection matters. We also run phishing simulation through Graphus, and follow industry best practices to help protect client data.
Automation and development
We build Google Apps Script tools that automate Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive tasks. We also build AppSheet applications for teams that need a simple internal app without a full development project. On the marketing side we build n8n workflows.
Google Workspace and Google Cloud
We are a long-standing Google Workspace reseller and a Google Cloud partner. That covers licence supply, tenant setup, domain authentication, shared drive design and admin console hardening. We also handle the awkward parts: delegated mailboxes, resource calendars and long-tenured accounts with fifteen years of mail.
Microsoft 365 and Zoho Workplace
Not every business belongs on Google. Where a Windows estate and line-of-business applications already exist, Microsoft 365 is usually the better fit. For cost-sensitive teams we deploy Zoho Workplace, including Campaigns, Meeting, WorkDrive and Desk. We will recommend against a platform if it is wrong for you.
Managed and support services
Monitoring covers mail flow, cloud infrastructure and endpoint health around the clock. Alerts reach an on-call engineer, not a queue. Packages include a defined response time and a named escalation path. They also include a monthly review of incidents, licence usage, and spend.
Devices and endpoints
ChromeOS Flex extends the life of existing hardware by turning ageing laptops into managed, fast, secure devices. Chrome Enterprise gives you central policy control over browsers and devices. For organisations replacing a fleet, this is often the cheapest route to a managed estate.
Services FAQ
Practical questions about scope, cost and coverage, answered before you ask them.
How much does a cloud migration cost?
Cost is driven by user count, data volume and how much cleanup the existing environment needs. A tidy 50-user Google Workspace migration is a fixed-fee project. An estate with fifteen years of unmanaged shared drives takes longer, and we will say so before quoting. We quote in writing and do not bill discovery separately.
Do you support businesses outside Mumbai?
Yes. We support teams in Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Surat, as well as US-based offices. Most work is delivered remotely. Where an on-site presence is genuinely needed, such as a device rollout, we arrange it.
Do you offer digital marketing separately from IT?
Yes. SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, paid social, content design and social media management can be bought without any IT engagement. Many clients start with one and add the other later. The same team already understands their domain, analytics, and brand assets, so the second engagement moves faster.
Can you migrate from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace?
Yes, and in the other direction too. We regularly move mail, calendars, contacts and file shares between the two. The technical migration is well understood. The part that needs care is user training, because people lose time when the interface changes. That is why change management is included in our migration work.
What does your security-first approach include?
A security-first approach means we follow industry best practices to help protect client data. This includes access control, retention policy, logging, email authentication, and documented review. We are not a certifying body, so we do not issue certifications. Our role is to get your environment into the state an auditor expects to see.
How quickly can you respond to an incident?
Response time depends on the support package. Our standard managed agreements carry a defined response window with a named escalation path. Monitoring runs 24/7, so most infrastructure incidents are detected before anyone reports them.
How We Price and Scope Work
What things cost, what is included, and what we charge separately.
How we price migration work
Migration is a fixed fee. The price is driven by three things. How many users you have. How much data needs to move. How much cleanup the old system needs. We tell you the number before you commit. If the estate turns out messier than described, we come back to you rather than billing quietly.
How licences are billed
Licences are billed at reseller rates. They appear as a separate line, not bundled into a service fee. That means you can see exactly what you pay for software and what you pay for people. If you later buy licences elsewhere, our support price does not change.
What costs extra, and why
On-site visits, hardware, and out-of-scope projects are quoted separately. A device rollout across three cities is a project, not a support ticket. We say that upfront so nothing lands as a surprise on an invoice.
Choosing between platforms
Cost is rarely the deciding factor. How your teams already work matters more. Heavy document collaboration usually points to Google Workspace. An existing Windows estate with line-of-business apps usually points to Microsoft 365. We will tell you when the platform you asked for is the wrong fit.
How we price ongoing support
Support is billed monthly. The rate depends on headcount and the level of cover you want. A 40-person firm does not need the same agreement as a 900-person firm. We quote both openly and show what changes between them. There is no minimum term dressed up as a discount.
What is always included
Every agreement includes monitoring, a named escalation contact and a monthly report. Onboarding documentation is included. So is removing licences nobody uses. We do not treat basic hygiene as an upsell.
Scoping without a commitment
Discovery is free. We look at your setup, tell you what we would change and send a written plan. You can take that plan elsewhere. Some people do. We would rather be judged on the plan than on a sales pitch.
When not to migrate at all
Sometimes the answer is to stay put. If your current platform works and the problem is configuration, we fix the configuration. A migration you did not need is an expensive way to solve a settings issue.
Planning a Cloud Migration
When to move, what slows it down, and how to scope it properly.
Cloud migration for growing teams
A cloud migration is easiest while you are small and hardest once habits set. If you are planning headcount growth, doing the cloud migration first saves rework. Moving 60 users is a project. Moving 400 with fifteen years of shared drives is a programme.
Cloud migration between platforms
We run migrations in both directions between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. We also move teams off legacy on-premise mail servers. The technical path is well trodden. What varies is the cleanup, and that is what we scope carefully.
What slows a migration down
Three things, usually. Mailboxes nobody has archived in a decade. Shared drives with permissions nobody understands. And a lack of one decision-maker. We can fix the first two. The third is on you.
Talk it through first
Before committing to a cloud migration, get a written plan. Ours is free. It sets out the sequence, the risks and a fixed price. If the plan says you should stay where you are, it will say that too.
Quick Answers
Short answers to the things people ask first.
Do you work with small teams?
Yes. We start at about 30 staff. Below that, a support plan is more than you need. We will say so.
Do we have to buy licences from you?
No. Bring your own if you prefer. Our support price stays the same either way.
Who fixes it at 2am?
An on-call engineer. Not a queue. Alerts reach a person, not a ticket list.
How fast can you start?
Usually within two weeks of sign-off. Urgent security work can start sooner.
Can you move just email first?
Yes. Many clients start there. Files and devices can follow later. A staged move is lower risk.
Is there a lock-in period?
No long tie-in. You own your data and your tenant. If you leave, we hand it all over.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Discovery is free. You only pay once you accept a written scope.
What if we just need advice?
Ask us. A short call often saves a large bill. We will point you the right way.
