Empowering Business Through Enterprise Technology
We bridge the gap between complex cloud infrastructure and everyday operations. First, we resell and migrate Google Workspace, AWS, and Microsoft 365. Next, we secure and monitor your environment around the clock. As a result, our managed IT services keep enterprise technology simple, secure, and scalable. Today, we support teams across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Surat.

Why Businesses Move Their IT to Rudra
Six reasons clients give when they tell us why they switched, in their words rather than ours.
Inside one ecosystem
We have sold and supported Google Workspace since 2024, and that focus matters. A generalist IT firm handles a Workspace migration once or twice a year. We run one every week. So, we already know how your shared drives, delegated mailboxes, and calendar resources will behave before we even touch them.
Licensing and engineering under one roof
Most partners resell licences or provide engineering, but rarely both. We do both. As a result, the same team handles your licence count, security posture, and support tickets. Because everyone sees the same environment, no problem falls into a gap between suppliers.
Security-First Approach
Email authentication, endpoint policy, and access review are part of ongoing management, not a one-off audit. We follow industry best practices to help protect client data. In addition, our email protection runs through Graphus for DMARC, BIMI, and phishing simulation.
One team from sale to support
The engineer who plans your migration also runs it. You are never handed off between a sales rep, a delivery partner, and an offshore helpdesk. Because of this continuity, our managed IT services keep working after go-live, not only during the project.
Priced for mid-market reality
We size support packages to the team you actually have. For example, a 40-person firm does not need an enterprise retainer. Likewise, a 900-person firm should not be squeezed into a per-incident plan. Instead, we quote against headcount, tooling, and risk, and we show our working.
Coverage across India and the US
We support teams in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Surat, plus US-based offices. Monitoring runs 24/7. So, an overnight mail-flow failure in one region gets caught by an engineer who is awake in another.
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we are asked most often before a migration or support contract begins.
How long does a Google Workspace migration take?
For most businesses under 200 users, we complete mail, drive, and calendar migration in two to three weeks. Most of that time goes into preparation, such as auditing mailbox sizes, mapping shared drives, and setting up domain authentication. The cutover itself usually happens over a single weekend. As a result, staff sign in on Monday with their mail already in place.
Do you resell licences, or only provide support?
Both. We are an authorised reseller for Google Workspace, Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Zoho Workplace. You can buy licences through us and add managed IT services on top. Alternatively, bring the licences you already own and use us purely for engineering and support.
Can you help us pass a security or compliance review?
Yes. We prepare the evidence auditors ask for, including access control records, retention settings, email authentication status, and endpoint policy. We follow industry best practices to help protect client data. We cannot certify you ourselves. However, we get your environment into the state a certifying body expects.
Which cloud platform should we choose?
It depends on how your teams already work. Collaboration-heavy organisations usually choose Google Workspace. Meanwhile, those with existing Windows estates and line-of-business apps often stay on Microsoft 365. For infrastructure and data workloads, we most often deploy AWS or Google Cloud. Either way, we will tell you if the platform you asked for is the wrong fit.
Will we lose email during the switch?
No. We run a transition period. Mail is delivered to both the old and new systems until DNS fully propagates. Nothing is deleted at source until you confirm the new environment is complete. In two decades, we have not lost a single customer mailbox during a migration.
What does 24/7 managed support actually cover?
Our 24/7 managed support covers:
- Monitoring of mail flow, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint health
- Alerts that reach an on-call engineer, not a ticket queue
- A defined response time
- A named escalation path
- A monthly review of incidents and licence usage
What happens if we already have an internal IT team?
We work alongside them. Many clients keep an internal team for day-to-day user support. They then use us for the specialist layer: migrations, security hardening, automation, and out-of-hours cover. We scope the boundary in writing, so nothing falls between the two teams.
How do we start without committing to anything?
Book a call. We review your current setup and tell you what we would change, and in what order. Then, we send that back as a written plan. There is no fee and no obligation to proceed. If your existing provider is doing a good job, we will say so.
What Working With Us Actually Looks Like
The first month, the monthly rhythm, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Week one: we learn your estate
We start by mapping what you have, including user accounts, mailboxes, shared drives, devices, and licences. We write it down and send it to you. Most clients tell us this is the first clear picture they have had of their own IT. The process takes about a week, and nothing changes during it.
Every month: a short written review
Once a month, you get a plain report. It lists tickets raised, incidents handled, and licences in use. It also flags any licence you are paying for but nobody uses; we remove those unless you say otherwise. The report is just one page, meant to be read, not filed.
When something breaks
Monitoring runs around the clock, so most infrastructure faults reach us before a user notices. An alert goes to an on-call engineer, not a queue. You are told what broke, what we did, and what stops it recurring. We never close a ticket until the cause is understood.
What we will not do
We will not:
- Sell you licences you do not need
- Recommend a platform migration when a settings change would fix the problem
- Tie you into a long lock-in to protect our own revenue
If a cheaper option serves you better, we will name it.
Week two: we agree the order of work
Not everything needs fixing at once. First, we rank the findings by risk and cost. Then, we agree on what to do first. Some items are urgent, such as an exposed admin account, while others can wait a quarter. You decide the pace; we simply give you the facts to decide with.
Every quarter: we check the plan still fits
Businesses change: headcount moves, and new offices open. So, a quarterly call checks that your support level still matches your needs. If you are paying for more cover than you use, we say so and reduce it. That has cost us revenue before, but it has also kept clients for years.
When you want to change something
Adding users, opening an office, or rolling out new devices are all routine requests. You simply email your named contact, and we scope, quote, and schedule the work. There is no long approval process and no new account manager to meet, because the people who built your environment are the people who change it.
Leaving, if it comes to that
You own your tenant, your data, and your licences. If you decide to move on, we hand over admin access, documentation, and runbooks. There is no exit fee and no hostage-taking of credentials, because we would rather be chosen each year than trap anyone.
Is This the Right Fit for You?
Who our managed IT services suit, and who they do not.
Who our managed IT services suit
Our managed IT services fit businesses of roughly 30 to 1,000 staff. Below that range, a support package is usually more than you need. Above it, you likely already have an internal team. So, we are the right size for firms that have outgrown ad hoc help but do not want a full department.
What managed IT services replace
Most clients arrive with a mix of a local contractor, a reseller, and someone internal who is good with computers. That works, until it does not. Managed IT services replace that patchwork with one accountable team: one number to call, one report to read.
Cloud and security together
We do not treat security as a separate product. Instead, email authentication, device policy, and access review sit inside the same agreement as your cloud platform. That is deliberate, because splitting them is how gaps appear between two suppliers.
Getting a straight answer
Ask us what you are paying for, and we will show you a line-by-line breakdown. Ask whether you need something, and we will tell you if you do not. That is the whole pitch. Book a call and judge it for yourself.
