Let's Start a Conversation

Questions about Google Workspace, AWS, security, or managed services? Our team typically replies within one business day.

Before You Get in Touch

A few things worth knowing about how we handle enquiries.

Who picks up your enquiry

Enquiries go to a consultant, not a call centre. The person who replies has seen the platforms you are asking about and can answer scoping questions in the first exchange rather than booking a second call to find out.

Response times you can expect

We reply to new enquiries within one business day. Existing clients on a managed services agreement have a contracted response window and a named escalation path, which is faster than our general enquiry line.

If you are already with another provider

That is a common starting point. We are happy to give a second opinion on a quote or a migration plan without asking you to switch. If your current provider is doing good work, we will tell you that.

What to include in your message

The three things that let us answer usefully are your user count, the platforms you run today, and what prompted you to get in touch. A rough number is fine. With those we can usually give an indicative approach in the first reply.

Where we work

Our office is in Mumbai. We support businesses in Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Surat, and US-based teams. Most engagements run remotely. On-site attendance is arranged where the work genuinely needs it, such as a device rollout.

Urgent issues

If you are mid-incident, say so in the first line of your message and include a phone number. Mail flow failures and suspected account compromise are treated ahead of general enquiries.

Contact FAQ

Common questions about consultations, quotes and licensing.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. We review your current setup, tell you what we would change and in what order, and send that as a written plan. There is no fee and no obligation. We do this because roughly a third of the businesses that ask end up working with us later.

Can we buy licences from you without support?

Yes. We are an authorised reseller for Google Workspace, Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft 365 and Zoho. Licence-only arrangements are common. You can add managed IT services later without changing your licence agreement.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, routinely, and before any discovery work that touches your environment. We can also work to your own template rather than ours.

Do you charge for a migration quote?

No. Discovery and quoting are not billed. You only pay once you accept a written scope. If your environment is unusually complex, we will tell you before doing the deeper analysis.

What information do you need before a migration?

A user list, current mailbox and drive sizes, your domain and DNS access, and any compliance constraints such as data residency or retention. We provide a short checklist so nothing is missed.

How do we escalate if something goes wrong?

Managed clients get a named escalation contact at the point of onboarding, not after an incident. For general enquiries, replying to the thread reaches the same consultant who answered you first.

Where We Work and How We Engage

Coverage, agreements and what to expect from a first conversation.

Coverage across six Indian cities

Our engineers support businesses in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Surat. Work is delivered remotely by default because that is faster and cheaper for you. Where physical presence genuinely matters, such as a device rollout or a boardroom AV install, we schedule an on-site visit rather than talking you out of one.

United States coverage

We support US-based offices for clients whose teams straddle both countries. Because our monitoring runs around the clock from India, an overnight incident in a US timezone is picked up by an engineer who is already at their desk. That timezone overlap is one of the practical reasons cross-border clients choose us.

What our managed services agreements include

A managed services agreement sets out a response window, a named escalation contact, the systems under monitoring, and a monthly review. Everything is written down before you sign. We have seen too many businesses discover after an incident that their support contract did not cover the thing that broke.

Talking to us about someone else's quote

You are welcome to send us a proposal from another provider and ask what we think. We will point out what looks sensible and what looks like padding. Occasionally we conclude the other quote is the better deal, and we say so. A second opinion costs you nothing.

Data handling during a conversation

We do not need access to your systems to have a first conversation. User counts, platform names and a description of the problem are enough. Anything deeper happens after an NDA and with credentials you control and can revoke.

Who you will actually deal with

Small enough that you get the same consultant each time, large enough that there is always someone on call. You will not be reintroduced to your own environment by a new account manager every quarter.

How Our Support Works

Hours, escalation, confidentiality and what helps us fix things faster.

Support hours and cover

Monitoring runs twenty-four hours a day, every day. Human response depends on your agreement. General enquiries are answered within one business day. Managed clients have a contracted window, which is shorter. Out-of-hours cover is available where the business needs it. We will tell you honestly whether you need it or not.

What we need to help quickly

Tell us what changed and when. Tell us who is affected. Tell us whether it works for anyone. Those three answers solve most problems faster than screenshots. If you have an error message, paste the text rather than a photo of the screen.

Our Mumbai office

The team is based in Mumbai. Most work happens remotely because that is faster for you. Meetings can be held at our office by arrangement. We are happy to come to you for planning sessions, device rollouts and board-level reviews.

Confidentiality

We sign an NDA before any work that touches your systems. We can use your template rather than ours. Access is granted with credentials you control and can revoke. We do not need standing access to answer a question.

How to raise an urgent issue

Put the word urgent in your first line. Add a phone number. Mail flow failures and suspected account compromise jump the queue. Everything else is handled in order. This keeps genuine emergencies moving without a separate emergency line nobody remembers.

How escalation works

Managed clients get a named escalation contact when they onboard, not after an incident. If a ticket stalls, you have a person to call. That person can commit resources. There is no queue to appeal to and no ticket reference to quote before anyone will speak to you.

Working across timezones

Several clients run teams in both India and the United States. Our working day covers the Indian business day and the US morning. Overnight incidents in one region are handled by engineers who are awake in the other. That overlap is a practical reason cross-border teams choose us.

If you are just researching

Not every enquiry needs to become a project. If you are comparing options or building a budget for next year, say so. We will give you realistic numbers without following up every week. A useful answer now tends to be remembered later.

What to Ask Us

Four things worth raising in a first message.

Ask about managed services pricing

The most common first question is cost. Managed services are priced monthly against headcount and the cover you need. Tell us your team size and we will give you a realistic range on the first reply, not after three meetings.

Ask for a second opinion

Send us another provider’s managed services quote and ask what we think. We will tell you what looks fair and what looks padded. Sometimes the other quote is better. We say so when it is.

Ask about a specific problem

You do not need a whole project to get in touch. Mail delivery failures, licence confusion and failed security reviews are all fine starting points. Many managed services relationships began with one awkward question.

Ask how quickly we can start

For most engagements, within two weeks of a signed scope. Urgent security work can start sooner. Tell us your deadline in the first message and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Quick Answers

Short answers to the things people ask first.

How soon will you reply?

Within one business day. Often the same day. Urgent issues jump the queue.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Just tell us your team size and what is not working.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. Our office is in Mumbai. We can also come to you.

Is the first call free?

Yes. So is the written plan that follows it.

Who will I speak to?

A consultant. Not a call centre. The same person each time.

Will you push me to buy?

No. If your current setup is fine, we will say so and leave it there.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before any work on your systems. Your template is fine.

What if we are outside India?

We support US teams too. Our day covers the US morning.

More Quick Answers

Short answers to everything else people ask.

Can we call instead of email?

Yes. Leave a number. We will ring you back. Most calls take ten minutes.

What if we already have a provider?

That is fine. Ask us for a second view. There is no cost.

Do you support Zoho?

Yes. We resell and support Zoho Workplace. We also support Google and Microsoft.

How do we get a quote?

Tell us your team size. Tell us what you use now. We will send a range.

Do you take on urgent work?

Yes. Say it is urgent in line one. Add a phone number.

Do you work weekends?

For live incidents, yes. For new enquiries, we reply on the next working day.

Can you help with just one issue?

Yes. One-off help is fine. You do not need a contract.

Will you visit our office?

Yes, when it helps. Device rollouts and planning days work better in person.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many teams start with one issue. The rest can wait.

What does it cost to ask?

Nothing. The first call is free. So is the written plan.

Where to Go Next

Two quicker routes, depending on how certain you already are.

Not sure which team you need?

If you are unsure whether you need managed services or a one-off project, just ask. Our full service list sets out what each area covers. Managed services suit teams who want ongoing cover. Project work suits a fixed piece of change.

Ready to move forward?

If you already know what you need, the Get Started form is quicker. It asks a few extra questions. That lets us send a managed services range in the first reply rather than the second.
